Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our Marketing team. This person will play a critical role in helping us move closer to becoming a global brand. Therefore, this person should have a comprehensive understanding of both local and international marketing dynamics, as well as an acute talent in organization, coordination, and communication. 

Head of the marketing will lead the marketing team, consisting of graphic designers, copywriters, and the PR manager. This person reports directly to the co-founder.

What will you be working on?

Your work will aim to accelerate brand engagement and business growth for Reflect Studio, both internally and externally. 

A. Planning and coordinating marketing campaigns:

Preparing the 6-month marketing calendar and coordinating the execution of the agenda across all marketing channels on a daily basis. These include, but are not limited to: e-mail marketing, retail marketing, PR, photoshoots, advertisements, and social media. 


Some of the tasks include:  

↳ Organising the monthly photoshoots with the production company,
↳ Managing asset development and distribution across multiple channels, 

↳ Taking responsibility for the delivery of all campaign assets on time.

B. Coordinating projects and tasks between different departments, specifically within the design, planning, e-commerce, and retail. 

As the Head of the Marketing team, the candidate will be the representative and responsible of the marketing department for inter-company standards of procedure.

Some of the tasks include:  

↳ Working with e-commerce department for coordination and delivery of digital assets 

↳ Coordination with the planning department for product launch dates 

↳ Coordination with the retail team for the presentation of collection stories prior to launches. 

C. Licensor Management 

Reflect Studio works with local and international licensors to create bespoke collections. The candidate will be the main person of contact for the licensors.  

Some of the tasks include:  

↳ Attending monthly meetings with the main licensor to present related marketing activities, 

↳ Preparing and keeping track of RFAs (requests for approval) for activities concerning the licensor's collections 

Overall, activities of the role will include gaining insight from cultural trends, and consumers, briefing marketing initiatives and delivering marketing plans from ideation to execution, and managing campaign progress measurement.

What you bring

Bachelor's Degree

Advanced English 

Presentation Skills

↳ 3+ years of working experience in consumer marketing or related experience in fashion, advertisement agencies, editorial, publishing, consumer brands, magazines, streaming platforms, and subscription services.

↳ Ability to think strategically, lead initiatives, and project teams and influence effectively.

↳ Passion for cultural, fashion, and media trends. 

↳ Proactive information-seeking skills, with the ability to balance creativity with organizational and procedural excellence in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

↳ A team-first mentality
