The Reflect Studio × MUBI collaboration began with a shared love to cinema, not only as an art form but as a way of seeing. The first drop translated this perspective into a refined visual language shaped by MUBI’s minimalist identity and a deep awareness of film culture, subtle, referential and precise, built for those who notice. For the second drop, new colors are introduced alongside updated fits and a more defined design approach.
With Drop #2, the focus shifts closer to the viewer, centering not on cinema itself but on the people shaped by it and the habits that come with it. “I Watch Films For A Living” and “Professional Film Recommender” act as quiet markers of recognition for those who organize their time around films, follow names through the credits and approach recommendations with intent.
Shot across the city from early morning into the sunset, the collection unfolds through a sequence of everyday moments. Each scene carries a different perspective, where everyone moves within their own narrative, seeing the world through their own frame. Nothing is staged, what unfolds is simply observed. Across different lives and fleeting moments, everyone becomes both the observer and the main character of their own story, returning again and again to their own point of view. Seen through the lens, the collection comes together as a study of perspective shaped by those who move through life on their own terms.
