2024 wasn’t just another year for Reflect Studio — it was a turning point. A year where we leaned fully into our belief that collaboration isn’t just a creative choice, it’s a business model. We designed a structure that lets us co-create at scale, without losing intention — a system where partnerships, product, and purpose all speak the same language.
We redefined what meaningful collaboration looks like. We built tools and frameworks that support agility, creativity, and responsibility. We told better stories, formed deeper connections, and put care at the center of every decision.
And perhaps most importantly, we remembered why we do what we do: to reflect a world we want to live in — one that’s more creative, more conscious, and more connected.
Here’s to everything we’ve built — and everything we’re becoming.
2024 IMPACT REPORT
2024 was the year we began realizing the business model we had long envisioned.
After years of experimenting with what it means to be a brand, we returned to our core: collaboration. We leaned into what makes Reflect Studio, well… Reflect Studio — and the result was a year shaped by meaningful partnerships, creative momentum, and sharper focus.
We worked with more institutions than ever before, launched some of our most ambitious collections to date, and found our rhythm as a merch company, a brand, and a store — all in one.
This is the sixth year we’re holding ourselves accountable through our 5P framework. We remain a proudly certified B Corporation, currently standing at 114.3 points, and we’re setting our sights on 150 by 2026. With a re-certification process coming up in September 2025 — under B Corp’s new and more rigorous standards — the work continues.
And we’re here for it.
PRODUCT

As a design and manufacturing office, we know that materials aren’t just a starting point — they’re a statement. In 2024, we doubled down on our commitment to sustainable sourcing, opting for certified, recycled, and upcycled materials across our collections, as always.
But this year came with an added layer of responsibility. With a growing number of high-impact collaborations under our belt, we weren’t just designing for ourselves — we were co-creating with others. And with that came the duty to hold not only our own standards, but shared standards across projects. We began building systems to ensure that the products we bring into the world — whether with partners or solo — meet our environmental values from the first sketch to final stitch.
Sustainability isn’t a box we tick — it’s a bar we keep raising.
2024 wasn’t about chasing novelty — it was about mastering what we already do best. Instead of expanding into entirely new product categories, we focused on refining the ones we've built over the years. This meant elevating fabric quality, fine-tuning our construction standards, and streamlining our offering to ensure consistency and excellence.
We created a comprehensive FIT GUIDE — mapping every silhouette we’ve designed so far — to help us identify which fits perform best, and which ones deserve extra attention. The result? A more compact yet high-performing product range that better serves our customers, and a sharper internal focus on quality over quantity. Sometimes innovation means editing.

Our commitment to recycled inputs didn’t slow down in 2024 — it became second nature. We continued sourcing GRS-certified yarns made from post-consumer plastics, staying consistent across key categories like fleece, accessories, and outerwear.

Every great product starts with great fabric — and in 2024, we got our hands on two new ones.
For Fall/Winter, we introduced a velvet collection that brought texture and depth to our range. Think rich corduroy jackets, statement caps, and matching bags that made softness feel structured. Alongside that, we explored the world of knitwear with a sweatshirt capsule made from heavyweight knit fabric — blending comfort with a refined silhouette.

In 2024, deadstock wasn’t just a sourcing choice — it became a story worth telling.
We rebranded our approach under the Imperfectly Perfect label: a campaign that celebrates the charm of flaws and the beauty of second chances. Each piece comes with a note: This product was made from a fabric that was once set aside due to minor imperfections. Those traces are not defects — they’re part of its unique story.
This mindset came to life through one of our signature categories: tote bags. From mini to oversized, we created new silhouettes in limited runs using rescued fabrics. And for the first time, these pieces — once only available in our stores — became accessible online at reflectstudio.com.
We’ve learned that “waste” is often just potential waiting to be reimagined. And sometimes, the best things come with a past.

In 2024, we continued to treat cotton not just as a material, but as a responsibility. All the cotton we used throughout the year was either GOTS or BCI certified — no exceptions.
We remained committed to supporting cotton farming practices that prioritize soil health, water efficiency, chemical reduction, and the wellbeing of agricultural communities. These certifications aren’t just badges — they’re part of our baseline for doing better by people and planet. Organic, ethical, and traceable — because basics should still meet high standards.
We’ve kept using our signature zip-lock packaging made from post-consumer recycled plastics for online orders — a system that still supports circularity within our supply chain. But on the retail side, 2024 brought a shift.
We said goodbye to our iconic green recycled plastic store bags and moved to new kraft paper packaging, produced from recycled paper and dyed in our signature soft pink. Why the change? Because we listened.
While recycled plastic is more durable, we realized that customers don’t typically store or reuse plastic bags — they toss them. That meant our well-intentioned packaging wasn’t living up to its potential. Kraft, on the other hand, felt more familiar and emotionally resonant — people held onto it, reused it, and even posted it. So we adapted.
Sustainability isn’t just about materials — it’s about behavior. And that’s what we’re designing for.

PLANET

We believe sustainability isn't just a matter of what materials we choose — it's about the systems we build. Responsible sourcing is important, yes. But if the business model isn’t sustainable, the product won’t be either.
In 2024, as we fully embraced our collaboration-led model, we also faced a new operational challenge: how to deliver unique, design-forward products for multiple partners without multiplying our environmental footprint.
Our solution? We launched the Customization Centre — a production ecosystem built on modularity and efficiency. Here, we keep core products in stock across a range of fits and fabrics, then customize them per collaboration. It's our take on a smarter, more flexible production model — one that minimizes waste, shortens lead times, and allows creativity to scale responsibly.
In a world of mass production, we chose intentional customization. Because the planet doesn’t need more products — it needs better systems.
In 2024, we launched the customization centre — our new customization, storage, and logistics center in Istanbul. It's the operational heart of our business model, where sustainability meets efficiency, and where our B2B and B2C worlds finally converge.
What it is: A central hub equipped with embroidery and print machines, designed to store up to 40,000 units of our basic products and accessories — ready to be customized and shipped.

We can now offer more SKU diversity through flexible print and embroidery applications — including products co-developed with partner brands and sourced through bulk purchasing.
Small businesses and startups that we previously had to turn away due to minimum order quantities are now within reach. Production is now scalable, no matter the size.
What used to take 8–12 weeks now takes 1–2. Whether it's B2B orders or replenishing B2C bestsellers, we move faster, with less waste.
If a design hits, we can offer it in new colors and formats within a week — without committing to bulk production in advance.
We can now react instantly to cultural moments, trending topics, or customer requests by releasing limited, high-relevance products in record time.
By holding base stock and customizing on demand, we reduce unsold inventory and free up warehouse space — both physically and environmentally.

This isn’t just a back-end upgrade — it’s a mindset shift.
A more responsive system means fewer unused products, smarter forecasting, and a lighter footprint. We’re not just customizing sweatshirts. We’re customizing how a responsible merch business should grow.
PEOPLE

The People section is about everyone who makes Reflect Studio possible — from the team at our headquarters to the partners we manufacture with, our suppliers, and the customers who believe in what we do.
In 2024, we continued to take a holistic approach to well-being and fairness. That means not only improving working conditions and ensuring safe, transparent production practices, but also creating a culture where people feel seen, supported, and heard — inside and outside the company.
We also invested in stronger service systems and more open communication, because we know trust isn’t built on product quality alone — it’s built on how you treat people at every step of the process.
In 2024, 14 new team members joined Reflect Studio, and with a few farewells along the way, we ended the year with a crew of 35 people.
We may be smaller than in previous years, but this brought focus and clarity. Our priority became nurturing stronger internal systems and maintaining an inclusive, collaborative work environment where every voice counts — regardless of team size.
While we didn’t organize a full offsite this year, we strengthened team rituals and gave more space to cross-functional projects that brought different departments closer together.
In 2024, we didn’t just grow as a team — we grew through the people we partnered with. Working with culturally resonant brands like Socrates and MUBI allowed us to go beyond product drops and step into real-world, real-time connection.
Our collaborations became opportunities to merge communities, not just logos. We hosted gatherings that brought people together over shared interests — football, cinema, creativity — and used our Kanyon store as a living, breathing space for interaction. These weren’t just launch events. They were moments where the worlds of our partners and our customers collided, creating something larger than the sum of its parts.

Our collaboration model isn’t just a creative strategy — it’s a social one. By partnering with culturally rooted institutions like Socrates and MUBI, we didn’t just co-create products; we brought together communities that may have never crossed paths otherwise. These collaborations created a sense of shared identity around meaningful topics — from sports to cinema — and helped build bridges between like-minded individuals across different cultural lanes. It reminded us that sustainability isn’t only about materials or manufacturing — it’s also about fostering long-term, values-aligned relationships between people, brands, and ideas.
When communities intersect, something powerful happens: loyalty deepens, and storytelling becomes communal. That’s what we saw in 2024. Instead of creating noise, we created meaning. The more people feel seen in what we do, the less they feel the need to buy in excess. By designing for culture, not just commerce, we’re building a business model where sustainability is scaled not through scarcity, but through shared purpose.
PARTNERSHIPS

If 2024 had a headline, it would be partnerships at full force. This was the year our long-held vision of building a collaboration-led business truly came to life — not as a side strategy, but as the core engine driving everything we do.
From beloved cultural institutions to global organizations, our partnerships this year weren’t just about co-branded products. They were shared missions, built on mutual values and complementary strengths. We worked hand-in-hand with each partner — not only to bring good design into the world, but to shape narratives, engage communities, and make measurable impact.
Reflect Studio no longer “partners with brands.” We build ecosystems. And 2024 proved just how powerful that can be.
Our longest-standing partnership, WWF Market, continued to reflect our shared belief in designing for both people and the planet. As always, 11% of net sales from this collaboration were donated directly to WWF-Türkiye’s nature conservation projects.
But 2024 marked a milestone that goes far beyond annual metrics:
That number isn’t just a statistic — it’s the result of years of commitment, trust, and impact-driven design. It represents protected habitats, restored ecosystems, endangered species supported, and a growing community that believes style and sustainability can coexist.
We’re proud of every bag, every t-shirt, every hoodie that contributed to this. Because behind every product is a purpose.

In 2024, we turned a long-held dream into reality by launching our first-ever global artist collaboration — with none other than Keith Haring. Known for his bold visual language and deep commitment to love, equality, and freedom, Haring’s legacy found a new form in our world of apparel and design.
The collection was released on February 14th, a symbolic launch date that paid tribute to Haring’s celebration of love as a universal force.
We merged Haring’s joyful yet radical visual identity with Reflect Studio’s signature silhouettes. From oversized hoodies and boldly printed tees to playful socks and functional bags, each piece brought a dose of expressive energy to everyday wear — transforming simple garments into conversation starters.
With this partnership, we officially welcomed art into the Reflect Studio collaboration universe. It was a milestone not just in creative ambition, but in global presence — and a moment of pride for our team and community.

We first announced our collaboration with Socrates in December 2023 — but 2024 was the year it truly came to life. And what a year it was.
Over the course of four unique drops, we explored the many faces of sport: its legacy, its language, and its ability to bring people together. Each collection told a different story — from global tournaments to timeless traditions — all interpreted through Reflect Studio’s signature lens of thoughtful design, premium craftsmanship, and sustainability.

Drop 1: The Origin Collection
Our first release celebrated iconic athletes and unforgettable moments in sports history. Designed as a tribute to the spirit of competition, the collection featured garments that embodied movement, resilience, and energy — all wrapped in high-quality, earth-friendly materials.
Drop 2: The Football Drop
Launched during Euro League season, this drop was a love letter to football. It merged legacy with modern style, giving fans a wearable way to participate in the excitement of the tournament — on game nights, in stadiums, and beyond.
Drop 3: Socrates Tennis Club
An ode to the timeless grace of tennis. This collection blended classic silhouettes and elevated sportswear staples, channeling the elegance of the sport both on and off the court. Think crisp polos, court-ready layers, and a quiet confidence in every stitch.
Drop 4: Kırmızı Beyaz
Rooted in national pride, our final drop of the year honored the Turkish National Team and their Euro 2024 journey. Fusing sportswear aesthetics with everyday comfort, it was designed for fans — in the stands, on the streets, and wherever football lives.
With Socrates, we didn’t just release collections. We created a visual and emotional archive of sport — one that speaks to identity, heritage, and the beauty of shared moments.

2024 marked the beginning of a partnership we’ve long been excited about: Reflect Studio x MUBI — a collaboration shaped by a shared love for storytelling, independent thinking, and carefully curated worlds.
Our first drop was all about building a clean foundation. We designed an essentials collection featuring t-shirts, tote bags, and caps — subtle, wearable pieces carrying MUBI’s unmistakable identity. This wasn’t about loud design statements; it was about giving form to a quiet kind of fandom — one rooted in taste, not trends.
To celebrate the launch, we brought the MUBI and Reflect Studio communities together for a special event at our Kanyon store. The space transformed into a soft, cinematic experience: dimmed blue lighting, curated catering, and a guest list of filmmakers, creatives, and film lovers who felt right at home.
It was the beginning of something meaningful. And as every good film lover knows — a strong opening scene sets the tone for everything that follows.

While our community-facing collaborations often take the spotlight, there's a whole other side of Reflect Studio that’s just as impactful — our B2B operation.
In 2024 alone, we worked with 100+ organizations across 13 different sectors, designing and producing customized merchandise that serves a wide range of purposes: from internal employee gifts and conference materials to museum shop products and customer engagement tools. All of it made with our signature approach — thoughtful design, quality-first production, and conscious sourcing.
These projects span industries such as Food & Beverage (21.8%), Education (17.1%), Brand & Corporate (13.5%), and Automotive (9.9%), among others. Each sector brings different needs, and our job is to meet them with agility, creativity, and craftsmanship.
This is merch that doesn’t always show up on our homepage — but it powers a huge part of what we do. It keeps our production lines agile, our creativity sharp, and our sustainability standards in motion across every scale.

A snapshot of how collaboration shaped our 2024:
- 105 active collaborations launched throughout the year
- 13 industries we co-created with — from cinema and sports to tech and food
- 9 co-branded collections released across retail and digital platforms
- 4 physical gatherings hosted in partnership with brand collaborators
∞ shared ideas, values, and communities
PROGRESS

2024 was a year of quiet strength. While many of our projects faced outward — through collaborations, product launches, and community engagement — a large part of our energy was focused inward, on refining the systems that keep Reflect Studio running smoothly.
We strengthened our onboarding processes, streamlined team workflows, and began consolidating our product data and operations into a more centralized structure. The planning of our customization centre - this wasn’t just a logistics move — it was a mindset shift. For the first time, we now have an opportunity for full control over stock, customization, and delivery under one roof, allowing us to improve speed, consistency, and quality across the board.
2024 showed us that making products is only half the story. The other half is how you tell it — and who you tell it with.
This year, we began treating content not just as marketing material, but as a core creative output. Reflect Studio evolved into more than a merch company — it became a voice. Through curated storytelling, archive photography, cultural references, and editorial-style communication, we started building a platform that’s as much about meaning as it is about merchandise.

If 2024 was about stepping back and re-evaluating, then 2025 is about stepping in — with control, clarity, and intention. This past year was all about awareness: understanding what works, identifying what needs to change, and setting a strategic foundation to grow responsibly.
Now, the direction is clear — and the reins are firmly in our hands. With a sharper business model, a streamlined production system, and a more defined creative voice, Reflect Studio is ready to move forward — not just faster, but better.
- Prepare for B Corp re-certification under new global standards
- Launch more agile and creative partnerships using the customization centre
- Leveraging AI to unlock more creative potential and become more agile with how we process, interpret, and act on data
- Focusing on clarity: clearer roles, cleaner tools, and a deeper sense of shared ownership across departments. Because growth without structure doesn’t last. And we’re building to last.
